The contact form collects your name, email address, message, preferred contact channel and display language. Your IP address is processed temporarily to protect against automated submissions. This data is used solely to answer your request; the legal basis is your request itself (pre-contractual steps) and our legitimate interest in securing the site.

It is sent by email to our business mailbox (Google Workspace) and kept for at most 12 months after the last exchange, unless a contractual relationship follows. It is never sold or shared.
